Our story
Good food, honest numbers.
Recipes Diet started in 2021 at a kitchen table in Kent, when our founder went keto and discovered that most “diet recipes” online were either wrong about their macros or tasted like cardboard — usually both.
So we started testing. Every recipe cooked at least twice, weighed on scales, and cross-checked against official nutrition databases. First for keto, then vegan when family joined in, then carnivore and Mediterranean as readers asked.
Today, Recipes Diet serves over 40,000 readers every month — home cooks who count their macros but refuse to sacrifice flavour to do it.
Our mission
Make every diet delicious
We believe the diet you can stick to is the one that tastes good. Our job is to remove the two things that break diets — boring food and bad information — one tested recipe at a time.
What makes us different
Why readers stay
We cook everything twice
A recipe doesn’t get published until it has survived two test cooks and a tasting panel of fussy relatives.
Real nutrition data
Macros are calculated from weighed ingredients against official food-composition databases — not copied from another blog’s guess.
No diet tribalism
Keto and vegan live happily on the same site. We don’t preach a “best” diet — we help you eat well on the one you’ve chosen.
Free means free
No paywalled recipes, no forced sign-ups, no “unlock the full method” tricks. The whole library is open to everyone, always.
Tonight’s dinner is already sorted.
Pick your diet, pick a recipe, and get cooking in the next ten minutes.
